Arlo Pro 2 still recording even when it's disarmed

Hi,

I have notice lately that my Arlo pro 2 camera's are still recording, even when i have selected Disarmed mode.
Also my Gmt uk time, seems an hour out, which is affecting my scheduled set times.

Have you been in contact with support?
They will likely ask you to reboot everything, check your base time zone.
If you already done so then sounds like a server issue that only support can escalate.

I’m having the same issue with cameras still recording when disarmed. Did you get a solution?

Afraid not, thought the updated app would have resolved this.

I just restarted both of my base stations and the issue seems to have resolved itself (the ‘away’ setting came on as default after the restart and when I selected ‘home’ / geofencing I got two messages from each base station, one confirming ‘away’ followed by one for ‘home’). If if recurs I’ll let you know.
