Pro 2 camera going offline with a great WiFi connection from Orbi mesh WiFi.

I am very frustrated my new arlo pro 2 I cannot get two of the camera to stay on line. I have invested into a Orbi mesh WiFi. I have great coverage way outside the home but these things will not work. I have had the system with 3 camera and a base station for about 5 months and still the same. Any suggestions

No matter how good your Orbi wifi works...to the camera it makes no difference.

( run Orbi too )

Reason is the cameras talk ONLY to the base unit , not your home wifi.

To solve your problem, add another base unit to one of the satellites to give a better signal to the troubled cameras ( or centrally locate the base so all cameras get a good signal )

The only true way to expand camera coverage is multi bases ( just like adding satellites to Orbi to cover whole home )
