How can I contact an arlo service person? Any phone number I can call?

    What do you see when you go to the Library page in the app. (Or "Feed" if you see that instead of Library).

Don't google for a phone number, as that will lead to a scam support site.

 

if you have a subscription, you can get phone support using the app.

I don’t have subscription, can I still get free short videos as I use to?

If you have legacy cameras that were sold with free 7-day cloud storage, then you still do have that feature.  There is a limitation of no more than 5 unsubscribed cameras per account - that has always been a restriction.

 

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming your cameras?

Basically, yes.  There are a couple of exceptions - installation of a new camera and subscription problems both come to mind.

 

Mods monitor this forum, but it is user-to-user not user-to-arlo.  (Note I do not work for them).

Thanks for the quick response. I can do live streaming, but don’t know how to record. I still get a notification for motion activities, but when I click the banner, no recording can be seen which I can before I switched to new iPhones 2 weeks ago
