Notifications for sensors

All in one sensors are not sending notifications to my phone  - I only get the ones for light and motion not door opening or movement or smoke alarm - they all appear to be set up the same

Have you verified you have the modes enabled in the sensors settings and rules set for the door opening/send notification?
