Delete animal motion setting

Have essential pro.

How do I turn off animal detection.

Now have a guard dog.

If you see "Library" as an option in your app, then use this guide:

Have deleted the setting but still getting emails saying an "animal" detected on a camera.

Have even turned off motion.

How does that happen..?

Do you have all other motions turned on? If so can you turn them off just to see if you get the same behavior. Please let me know after you have done that.

Have everything turned off except person and audio.

The smart notification settings only apply to push notifications - not email.

No idea why that is, and IMO Arlo should fix it.

Agree Stephen...getting rid of arlo emails every morning is the whole reason I took it off the Animal setting.
