Camera showing no power in app but is fully charged and cannot get it to link

If it's not linked, how can you tell the camera is showing no power in the app? Does the camera LED turn on steady blue when plugged in? That is the signal for fully charged. Did you previously have the camera set up or is this a new installation? WHat have you tried and what do you see, including any error messages?

Thanks for your reply. The camera was linked but when on holiday the battery died. I have charged it fully now but the App is still showing it as dead. So it appears it’s unlinked itself?

You'd need to do a factory reset to do that.
