WMC2320W Essential cameras keep going offline

I recently purchased the Arlo Essential wire-free security cameras.  The cameras keep going offline which I do not understand.  I work from home, and I am on my computer 10 hours a day or more I don't have trouble with the wi-fi for the computer but for these cameras, they don't seem to want to stay connected.  Any suggestions on what I can do would be helpful.
