Battery needs to be changed even when it's fully charged?

I have 5 Arlo go cameras and one of them often gives the message that I need to change the battery even though I have just put in a fully charged battery. I have tried putting the battery in another camera to check it and in that camera it registers as fully charged. Any help would be appreciated.

You can try removing and reconnecting the camera but if that fails it sounds like a faulty camera. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to see if they have solutions.

Thank you for your reply. Tried disconnecting and did a factory reset on it. I'll see how it goes now. Kind regards
