Arlo GO charger does not seem to charge unit. Can charge unit with USB. Only 6 months old??

I am having trouble getting this cameras to charge.  Camera is an outside semi permanent installation, but the power unit is inside under cover in an unheated space,  Can take the camera down and will charge, so I assume its the charger unit.  Anyone else having a problem with the charger?

Is it the original charger ?

IIRC, the GO requires a dual 5/9v qualcomm type charger
