noticed several previous reset request, pretty sure what i need

i have 2 base station, newer station 4500 all OK with Apple HomeKit.

but VMB4000r3 not responding , firmware is latest per app, SN

May I also request a reset token for my  base station?

It appears the basestation is offline. I can not reset the token until it is online. Please update me when it goes online.

I need a reset token to my base station again, it will work then stop working so I factory reset it to try again hopefully this helps

I had some issues and I reset my base station VMB4000r3 and now it won’t work, just says “searching for my device” when I try to reconnect to my HomeKit. Can I please get a token reset? Last 4 of S/N 9B9E

Thank you. HomeKit was visible in the Arlo app but would not connect to the base station. I did several retries. Now HomeKit isn’t visible in Arlo. Arlo just says searching.
