I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions

Thanks. HomeKit worked for about a week. Now the base unit shows offline. I’ve tried resets, cord swaps and plugging it directly to the router with no change. I switched the cameras to WiFi so I’d at least have function but that doesn’t work with HomeKit…

I've just changed my mesh network hardware & created a new WLAN, now I can't get Arlo working on Apple Home any more. Can I get a token reset as well please?

I’ve reset it by unplugging it for 30 seconds, changed the cable, and plugged it in to different ports. The center light remains orange.

Hi, thanks for the update. Unfortunately, I still don't see the Homekit option.
Have tried unplugging the base station, and restarting it, yet in the app when I go to Devices and choose the base station, I see Device Settings, Video Settings, Storage Settings, Support and Paired Devices. Nothing about Homekit.

Hi BrookeN, that has helped somewhat, as the Homekit option has appeared in Base Station settings, however I'm now stuck at the next step, where it remains frozen on "Discovering your device. Please wait."
Any suggestions?

Try logging out and logging back in and then follow the instructions to set up without a code.
