Homekit Reset Token

My base is not discoverable when trying to connect to HomeKit.
Can you send me another token reset request to my base station?  Thanks,

I have reset 2/3 devices, one of your baby cams is currently offline. Please reboot them and try again.

Could I get a token reset please—after updating to iOS 15 my cameras all went offline in the Apple Home app.

Have tried setting up again with the latest Arlo app, but just spins.

Did a restart but unfortunately still no homekit button or link in device settings for the base station in the Arlo app.

Again can you try and unplug your base station for 30 seconds or so and try again. Make sure you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app. If you want, you can try are reinstall the app as well.

Reinstalling the app was the solution. I was asked to allow the Arlo app to access Homekit. Now it works as expected . Thx!

Hi Shane, can you please reset my token? I've taken all the steps I can find on this forum to connect to homekit and I have also done a factory reset of the basestation but still no luck. Thanks.
