My base is not discoverable when trying to connect to HomeKit.
Can you send me another token reset request to my base station?  Thanks,

so after new app upgrade im now stuck on requesting Homekit info would token have to be reset again

3 cameras and base station work fine , but having issue connecting to HomeKit..

We are aware of an issue with resetting HomeKit tokens & getting stuck on a "Requesting Homekit info" screen. The Arlo development team is investigating this issue & we will provide an update as soon as possible.

Hi, don’t want to be the bad guy but this problem has been for over 1-2 years. There is no interest in finding a solution now, the interest is that the Arlo team HAS a solution. Provide and skip the time wining promis.

I am a first time purchaser and the only reason I bought this is because it works with HomeKit. I would like my token reset. I am have the issue of it being stuck on getting HomeKit info right out of the box. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
