I have reset your HomeKit token, pleas reboot your base station and try again.

It is still stuck on the finding your device screen when I try to set up. Any suggestions on other troubleshooting steps?

You can try and remove & re-install the Arlo mobile app while your base station is being rebooted by removing and reinserting the power cable.
