Homekit stuck at discovering device for Arlo Baby

hi I think I need a token reset device is stuck at “discovering device” when I try to setup homekit. It looks like this is a frequent problem in the forums. can we get a reset token button in the app until this is resolved?

Hi LiamM,

 

Token resets are only available for Arlo Base Stations/SmartHubs (VMB4000, VMB4500, VMB4540 or VMB5000).

 

Make sure that your Arlo Baby is connected to the correct WiFi network as your iOS device. If you still have issues, try to power cycle your Arlo Baby, which you can read here: How do I power cycle my Arlo Baby camera?

I've power cycled it several times with no change there

Hi LiamM,

 

Try rebooting your iOS device and make sure your iOS device is connected to the same network as your Arlo Baby.
