hi I think I need a token reset device is stuck at “discovering device” when I try to setup homekit. It looks like this is a frequent problem in the forums. can we get a reset token button in the app until this is resolved?

Hi LiamM,
Token resets are only available for Arlo Base Stations/SmartHubs (VMB4000, VMB4500, VMB4540 or VMB5000).
Make sure that your Arlo Baby is connected to the correct WiFi network as your iOS device. If you still have issues, try to power cycle your Arlo Baby, which you can read here: How do I power cycle my Arlo Baby camera?

Try rebooting your iOS device and make sure your iOS device is connected to the same network as your Arlo Baby.
Try referring to this article to connect your Arlo Baby to the Apple Home app from the Arlo app or Home app: How do I connect my Arlo Baby camera to The Apple Home app on my iOS device?
