Hello,

I'm trying to enable HomeKit and have no code underthe base. According to all the other messages here, I need a token reset. Can somebody help with that please?

Nothing has happened. It sits and spins on Devices Found and never finds my base station.

I cannot add Arlo to my Homekit. They used to be integrated, then no video would be shown in Homekit, so I removed the cameras. Now neither can I add the old base station nor the newly added one. Whenever I try to add via QR code in Homekit, it times out, while in the Arlo app no devices are discovered. All versions are up to date. Please help

You need a token reset from Arlo.  The mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - will do that for you.

 

Note you do not use the QR code method.

thank you. but I only managed to add one smart hub out of 2. the one that worked is s/n A6G4437ED0323, while A6G44370D053D still doesn't show anything when I click on HomeKit. please help

I reset it again. Try logging out and logging back in and then restarting the basestation and then proceed with the setup steps.

Nothing changed. After restart, A6G4437ED0323 is still working in HomeKit, while A6G44370D053D still doesn't show anything under Devices Found, just a progress indicator
