From reading other posts I believe I need token reset on one of my base stations in order to successfully connect to Apple HomeKit. I have 3 base stations and one just will not join after numerous tries.

I do not see any devices under your email address. Is there a different email address you are now using. If so please dm me with that information. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Hi James.
I've power-cycled my base station multiple times (I also used to app to restart it, just for fun) and I'm still unable to connect. I'm stuck at Homekit->Setup-> Discovering your device. Please wait. I've been able to get this working in the past and it usually just discovers the device immediately after a token reset, so I'm not sure what's going on here.

tqalexander,
I've sent another token refresh, try the instructions above again to see if you still experience the same behavior.

tqalexander,
If you're still experiencing an issue after receiving the token refresh, then you may need to factory reset and re-onboard your base station and cameras as if they were new. Follow the instructions here: https://kb.arlo.com/1057976/How-can-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-Base-Station
