Can you reissue token 1 more time? I have only 1 iOS device. I wanna make sure that this time I do a physical reboot once you confirm and hopefully it will work.

my HomeKit has stopped working after you sent me a token 2 years ago.
any chance you can help me again?
have tried all the usual, reboot, check for update, reinstall app etc.
