I had HomeKit set up but then removed it because I was reorganizing things. Now when I try to add my base station again the app just gets stuck on "Discovering your device. Please wait." I saw this posted elsewhere for a different hub and support sent a token reset request which seemed to resolve the issue for others. Is that what I need here?

Hi Roslan and Bgaskins12,
I've sent a token reset request to your Base Station/SmartHub that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your Base Station/SmartHub (remove and reapply power) allow the Base Station/SmartHub to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Contacted support repeatedly but they can't refresh token or get it working. Essentially on any device I am stuck on the discovering device part and no base station appears. Is there any fixes or do I have to waste time with useless agents.
Thanks 🙂

It's happened again! please send another token. Any reason why this keeps happening and is there a plan to resolve. Clearly from the huge number of people on this post it is something Arlo needs to resolve permanently. Thanks

I don't know if this belongs here. I lost my hub once and received a token reset. That fixed the problem for about 3 weeks. Now all of my cameras are "not responding" in HomeKit. The cameras work fine on the Arlo app, and on the website, but not with HomeKit.
