app arlo android problem with new guest

i bought my arlo pro in december 2016

 

I create my account and add a guest. I use app arlo with android.

no problem.

 

Today, I add a new guest,

Problem with the appz android, the guest have access  to the alarm but don t have access to  the mode.

we can launch the alarm sound but we can not see the mode, nothing in the mode menu blank.

 

I try the appz in iphone and ipad everything works perfectly.

 

so could you fix the problem.

Did you granted the new user the additional privileges in Grant Access?

Yes of course.
Everything Works perfectly with the app for iPhone. but not with Android app. When i go to the mode menu  I see nothing. Blank page.

same result with  two android mobile.

With the iPhone. I can see the Arlo icon and then l can activate or not the alarm...

Reinstall the Android app and restart the phone. Might be that simple.

But it s already done in Both mobile Android. ZTE and Samsung note 3.

Before opening a case with support, all I can think of is to go back to Grant Access using the master account and toggle settings, save and then back agai, saving again.  If that has no effect, then a case is likely needed.
