 I have tried to contact support, they say they are working on it, but it still doesn't work and I have called and called and can't get a reply  back from the supervisor. I can't recommend this product.  If you have the same problem I would  suggest returning and finding an alternative solution

Have you tried uninstalling the app and installing again from the app market?

Of course. I have also tried to install earleir version saved form an ipod backup with no luck. It has now been 4 months and I am frustrated with the lack of support and assistance.

I have reviewed your case and consulted with the Arlo team. Unfortunately, the ipod model you are using does not support the iOS version needed to run the Arlo app.
