no live stream in camera tab

I am not able to see any live stream from any camera. It only shows the last active image. When I press ">live", it says "please wait...." for a really long time. Then goes back to the last capture image. I am able to see the camera active in the tab settings > my devices > camera (serial number) - showing me a current status picture. There has been so many issues with server delays and problems I am wondering if this system is dependable at all. Home security should not have these issues! Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there any resolution?

App? Browser? Tried the other one as well as a different browser? Sometimes simply logging out and back in will work.

Interestingly, streaming is ok on the mobile app, but not the PC. I don't know why. I have logged out and in multiple times. It doesn't matter what PC either.

What browser are you using on your PC that is behaving this way (Chrome, FireFox, IE)? Do you get the same behavior when trying a different browser?

It happens when I am using Chrome (40.0.2564.109 m -64bit) and Firefox (44.0.2). I did not try with IE. I have also tried on different computers - tower and laptop - doesn't seem to make a difference.

Some users have experienced issues when running anti-virus/security software. Consider disabling any you may have to further isolate the issue.
