I bought a 6 camera bundle (4 wire-free, 2 Q and the base). I set up the system, added the 6 cameras, but I cannot use the 6th. It says I must upgrade my plan to see it. I read somewhere here, and also saw in the product page in Netgear website, that I sould be able to use all 6 cameras. I tryied to talk to a specialist in the chat, but they told be beacause I'm outside of US I cannot set up all cameras. I asked specifically for that on Best Buy, and they tell me I should be able to use it here, no problem. Also, I looked for that information in the product box and instructions, and did not find anything about it. Can anyone help me with that? Right now, I'm very upset...

Just to let everyone know. I have created another account, connected one of the Arlo Q's on it, and shared the view with my main account. With that I can see all 6 cameras, no need of loggint out. It is very lame of Netgear not to suggest users doing that, 'cuz it's very simple solution. Bad support experience for no reason

I don't know for sure but did you choose the right system when installing the system?  As support noted, it may be a US-only option but, once again, I don't know for sure.

I did everything right. All 6 cameras are connected, but I can't use the 6th. It says I should upgrade my plane before using it.

I don't know the details of how the installation of this kit works but it seems like you need to use a new email address to set up for all 6 cameras.  When you set this up, did you use the new system button at the login screen or was it the Add Device button after logging in?  I suspect that you need to use the first method and not the second.

I set up a new system. Even doing that, was only able to see 5 cameras. Support says it's because I'm outside US. I created a new account, adsociated the 6th Arlo Q with it, share the views with each other, and now I can see all 6 cameras without needing to log out abd in other account.

The special plan for the VMK3500 is not supported outside the US & Canada.

I bought the 6 cam model at best buy but its not allowing me to see the 6th camera and the subscriptions only show 5 on the basic plan.  Anyone got a fix for this?
