I bought a 6 camera bundle (4 wire-free, 2 Q and the base). I set up the system, added the 6 cameras, but I cannot use the 6th. It says I must upgrade my plan to see it. I read somewhere here, and also saw in the product page in Netgear website, that I sould be able to use all 6 cameras. I tryied to talk to a specialist in the chat, but they told be beacause I'm outside of US I cannot set up all cameras. I asked specifically for that on Best Buy, and they tell me I should be able to use it here, no problem. Also, I looked for that information in the product box and instructions, and did not find anything about it. Can anyone help me with that? Right now, I'm very upset...

I don't know for sure but did you choose the right system when installing the system? As support noted, it may be a US-only option but, once again, I don't know for sure.

I did everything right. All 6 cameras are connected, but I can't use the 6th. It says I should upgrade my plane before using it.

I don't know the details of how the installation of this kit works but it seems like you need to use a new email address to set up for all 6 cameras. When you set this up, did you use the new system button at the login screen or was it the Add Device button after logging in? I suspect that you need to use the first method and not the second.

The special plan for the VMK3500 is not supported outside the US & Canada.

I bought the 6 cam model at best buy but its not allowing me to see the 6th camera and the subscriptions only show 5 on the basic plan. Anyone got a fix for this?
