issue syncing cameras

i need help with sync.im pushing sync buton but light on ruter is off.and i cant sync cameras and ruter

 A quick push on the sync button is all it takes, do not hold.....this is one of the more common mistakes

i returned cameras to shop,i was not happy how its works.how i supoust to cancel netgear service?

I am sorry to hear that Arlo system did not fit your needs. Your service can be canceled by logging in to your Arlo account and navigating to Settings > Subscription > Change Subscription > select the Basic Plan (free). After the plan has been changed back to the free Basic subscription a refund will be issued.

It keeps asking for credit card info & my credit card has no available credit left on it. Why does it need to have available cr dit to offer a credit when you're going back to the "basic" subscription??
