VMB300 webportal will not claim base station says contact tech support?

Everything seems fine until I goto the portal and try to add the base station? My network picks it up fine connects to the internet. Both lights are green? Reset and tweeked network settings and no ports are blocked? Tried direct on two service providers I use and same thing? This is my first try at setting it up?

Should add that I have tried to directly connect my Windows 10 pc via LAN, iphone 6 and ipad air along with my android tablet all the same?

Try a reset of the base until the LEDs flash amber and try again.

thanks I have already reset the base a couple times?
