Hello. My husband disconnected our netgear base station before we got to download the videos I wanted to save. Our video gallery has disappeared 😞 I can't seem to re-activate our hardware either. Any tips for how to find the 4 years of videos we paid to save? 😞

Recordings are saved in the Arlo cloud for up to 7 days (30 if you have the Arlo Smart Premier Subscription, 60 with Arlo Smart Elite). If you were saving 4 years worth of video content, it would not have been saved in the Arlo Library.
We recommend downloading and storing locally any content you wish to save for later use.
