Within the PC environment all four of my cameras are visible.  However on my smart phone, I can only see three of them.  The fourth seemingly works, but it does not give me any notifications or text.  I have tried "Adding a device"  and all the lights flash as intended to show a successful sync, but yet the fourth image does not show up on my phone.  Any pointers would be appreciated.

Consider removing the camera from Setting > My Devices > select the camera > Remove Device and resync. Do you still experience the same issue?
