I’ve had the system for 2 1/2 years and worked great. Recently I get notifications of videos but can only view on iPad not on iPhone. Previously I could on both.

Are you using the same app login on both the ipad and the iphone?

 

If you aren't, then you might need to re-do grant access.

I rechecked that it was same app and all the settings and it started working again.
