I can't log in to my Arlo account using my PC's web browser. I have tried the most recent and Arlo-supported version of Firefox, IE, and Chrome (which Arlo says works with any version BTW), and nothing. I have enabled cookies, updated Flash, allowed Flash to run, cleared my cache, reset browser to default settings, restarted my browser, and restarted my computer. I have attempted to log in from multiple different networks from multiple different computers, and still, I can't get access (except through my phone app). Half of the time, I click on links and buttons on the support page, and those don't work either. I have read posts in the community and many people experience the same problem. I have yet to see one solution posted that works.
Idea: Fix your website.

Make sure to check with your home WiFi/Ethernet network and your anti-virus program to ensure there are no problems when logging on to your Arlo account or accessing the website.

If you're using Kaspersky, do a search here on it for solutions. It's blocking access to arlo.netgear.com.
