OK... d/l is 25Mb, up 7 Mb.

Arlo base all normal... matter of fact can get subscription info in under settings, but no live/static cam views

Three differnt browsers, all same ( tho I usu use Firefox )

All six cameras saying "GETTING STATUS..."

Let run  30 seconds and reset each browser, No change.

Let run longer and the dreaded  " Your base station is not connected to the Internet. Please make sure it's powered on and connected to your router."

All cams offline as per settings page.

Not good Netgear.

Look at the topic called "Arlo base station not connected to Internet." A lot of us are having this issue assuming it is something with arlo servers.

My system is down also. States that "your base staion is not connected to the internet." I already checked, and reset everthing like my router, and base station, plus camaras. This really is not a good sign.

Arlo needs to do something about this service, because it sucks.

Hmm... up again in about 45 minutes, possibly something to do with a quota allowance?
