Sounds like you're using a mobile device to do this. If so, try using whatever checkbox/setting is available in your browser to request the desktop version. I have to do this for many sites to the point that I have Firefox loaded so I can use the plugin "Desktop by Default" when it gets to be a problem. Of course, your other option is to use a computer to do the reset.

RADuda,
Have you tried logging out and back in with the newly set password?

Stylez40,
You can change your password by logging in to your Arlo account and navigating to Settings > Profile. Enter your current password in the provided field along with your new password and click save to commit the changes. For more information, take a look at this article: How can I change my Arlo user ID?
