Is anyone having duration recording issues?
It's completely irratic, some clips are 7 seconds, some are 8, some are 15. But it's set at 30. Can someone confirm if this is because of some new camera firmware update? Where it's motion optimization so it only records when motion and stops by no motion, even with set duration?
This is bizarre as it's happening to just one of my cameras only. The other one seems to be recording 30 seconds straight consistently.
Anyone had similar issue and any solution to troubleshoot issue? Thanks in advance

I'm not seeing this but it does happen occasionally. A quick power cycle of the base is sometimes said to help.

yadbop,
Anything different with the rules on the one camera that this is occurring on? Is it set up for cross recording to trigger or be triggered by another camera? Is the signal strength with the affected camera weaker than the others?
Anything to further isolate the issue might point us in the right direction. Please let us know!

Thanks jguerdat and James C,
No extra rules, cross recording, scheduling etc. Just simple "All Motion On" record at 30 second duration, sensitivity at 100%. The camera experiencing recording duration difficulty is less then 3meters/10 feet from base station.
I have tried jguerdat's suggestion and did a hard reset. Power off base station, unplug for 30 seconds. Then plug back in and power on. This seems to have fixed problem and durations are all recording at 30 seconds consistently now.
Thanks guys for your time and help!
