Cameras don't sync

Since a couple of weeks my cameras don't sync anymore.

 

I had a good setup... evertything was working with 4 cameras added to Arlo Base Station. Some certain day, all camera's were offline and I am not able sync them anymore...

 

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

 

Would this be an update issue or bug?

If all cameras are doing this, I'd suspect the base.  Trouble ticket time...

Please let us know a little more about the issue so we can assist further. Do the cameras appear on the cameras screen? If so, what error message is displayed? What is the LED behavior of the base station? Can you see your base station serial number when navigating to Settings?

Hi, I am having a problem trying to sync my cameras again.

 

The unit has been inactive for a couple of months and I have now moved it from our home to our office and I cannot get the cameras to sync.

 

I have removed all devices, restarted the base and it still does not work.  When I press the sync button on the base station, the USB light flashes but the Sync light on the base won't.

You're pressing the Sync button too long - that's what causes the USB LED to blink.  Press for 1-2 seconds and try again.
