Motion Detector Setting On Individual Camera?

Hope someone can advise me?

I have four cameras but at certain times I want only one, the outside one, set for motion detection can someone explain if and how I can set this up?

you need to create a Custom mode ( to split the cameras up as needed )

Thank you for your reply and link to my question.

What I want is to be able to do is to activate the motion detector on only one of the four cameras when needed, unless I have not followed the info correctly the link advises on setting each camera for alerts etc. and not for solo activation.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

No , I prob just clicked on the wrong one... here you go.

As mentioned, you need a custom mode called say ; outside, for just the outside camera ... the default you have are Armed ( all on ) and Disarmed ( off)

Other tips that may help;

With MODES, any camera NOT in the active mode is OFF

Only ONE mode can run at a time

When using schedule, Modes do not go thru midnight so split time into two parts ,  up to 1159pm and start agin at 1200midnight on next day
