I've just changed my BT Hub5 for a BT Smart hub and now I cannot get internet connection to my base station, can any one help me.

since it was working before.... check the ports  80,443,123  ( need to be open )

 

Also access to netgear.com

I suspect the BT hub is owned by the ISP - is that correct?  If so, you'll have to contact them to make the changes.

Need details.  What modem/router, what are the base LEDs showing, what have you tried, etc.?  More detail is better.
