Arlo. Camera. Night Vision very dark!

I bought cameras and installed inside and outside.  All worked fine for first month then outside camera got very dark night vision,  cannot see anything?  Dies anyone know how to fix!

first thing to try is a reset of the camera ( remove battery and replace )...

then power button reboot the base

If still NG during testing. bring the cam in, repeat reset and test in a dark room

Last, contact Netgear..warranty is a year

Bring the problem camera into a dark room and test night vision.  Do you see the dull red glow from the camera LEDs?  If not, is night vision enabled in Settings, My Devices, your camera, Video Settings?

If nothing else, remove the camera in Settings, My Devices and resync.
