The development team is investigating reports of this issue.
Do you get the same error message if you use both the mobile app and the web client at https://my.arlo.com/#/login ?

Try this - it should be `home´ at the end and not `login´ i think
https://my.arlo.com/#/home shows "login" and "create account" controls.
When you click on "login", you go to https://my.arlo.com/#/login (which is the page where you enter the credentials).
Navigating directly to https://my.arlo.com/#/login works for me on a PC.
I have seen this particular error reported before by people who were attempting to log in on their mobile browser. Which is why I asked if it happens using a PC.

I get the error when I use my iPhone browser to access the arlo web login.
The web interface does not play well with Apple devices. That’s why you can’t subscribe using Apple devices.
Try using a windows pc to login or rely on the arlo mobile app.

I actually have an android phone. My galaxy won't let me login to the app or using a web browser. I have also tried using a laptop to login and stil get the same failure response 😕.
Anyways, if I can't use the app on my phone, then this doorbell cam is pointless. Everything was working fine and then I downloaded the update and now I have this problem.

Yes, I seem to see more customers with the new app having issues.
Going forward, never update until you know what bugs to expect.

FWIW, I think that's more about the Apple store. I think in-app purchases (including a subscription) require the app provider to give Apple a cut. Though I'm not certain on that.

It's this one : https://my.arlo.com/account/v4/#/login
Whenever I try the web address that you suggested, I'm automatically taken to the URL that I just posted above.
