Hi,
I cannot log into my account from any browser on my iPhone.
Trying to sort out subscription and can’t get in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried installing the arlo app onto the phone or is you meant that the app is giving the error.
Have you tried using a pc web browser connected to your network to access the arlo web portal page?

I'm trying to log in to purchase a secure camera plan and I keep getting this error message:

 

Http failure response for https://ocapi-app.arlo.com/api/auth: 0 Unknown Error

 

It's been happening for 3 days now. Any help?

For me its only a problem on Safari on desktop. It works fine on my iphone and when using Chrome on my desktop.

FYI the url for myarlo login that does not work is https://my.arlo.com/account/v4/#/login 

 

which is different from the one that you provided in this thread.

This does not work for me to login.
I had to access it from chrome on a laptop to get my cameras working again

When do we expect this to be fixed?  I still cannot access from my desktop or my app on my phone.

Multiple, multiple times.  After I enter my credentials it just forwards to https://my.arlo.com/account/v4/#/login and then I get the error.

Same result from https://my.arlo.com/?_ga=2.196324972.1367488414.1646821239-1682782297.1641667934#/login which I got to going to the arlo site first, logging in to my account and then trying to access my dashboard.  Same error

I already tried all the suggestions in your link. Nothing helped.
1. I used my pixel 3a phone, Android 12. I deleted and reinstalled app. So the latest app. I also tried my iPhone 6 with latest update. The app is also up to date and worked the last time I used it for this in Dec 2021 when I got the pixel. I also tired my Samsung galaxy tab A tablet. I have the app installed on this as well that worked in the past, but not now.

3. I tired Chrome and Firefox on my desktop and Chrome on my son's computer as well - his computer had never logged into your site
4 3 days ago.... Same date as other people on the forum. It was fixed for a couple of hours and then was not working again.
5 app says 'error occurred' as my screen shot shows and the web browser shows that link I previously provided. I didn't change my password, and in fact I tried resetting that to try and solve the issue, but that causes an error too. I usually log on with fingerprint anyway. Computer browser error is the same a cross 2 computers and all 3 browsers. Phone and tablet browsers are the same as the computer browser error, even in incognito mode. It doesn't matter if I am on my wifi or on my cell network.
From previous posts on the forum this is a setting issue on arlo side, not mine. I have tried everything your link and the forums have suggested to try and have not solved the issue.

Any eta of the issues being fixed... Both of them?

I had my son download the app on his phone (it's never had the app on it).  No luck.  I made a new account with a different email address and it too cannot log in.  So frustrating.

When I try to add to my case following the link provided to me I get another  (different) error that says "

Page Unavailable

Sorry, but the requested page is unavailable due to a server issue. Our engineers are working on it, please check back later."

Well, I can use the app at least.  Browser on computer is still not working.

And the app is also down again.  No access anywhere.

right now I have access online with the browser and with the app.  But there are no recordings for last Monday, which there should have been since today is only Sunday.  Poopy.
