Has anyone tested the best direction to face the base station?

Like all wireless devices, the direction the antenna faces always impacts the signal strength at the receiver.  I'm wondering if anyone has tested the ideal way to "face" the base station towards any given camera for the best signal strength?  I have one camera that has a pretty weak signal at the base staion, so I'm trying to figure out how much it might help to align the base station differently towards that particular camera.

I have no idea at all how the antenna is p;aced inside the base station.

I would (and certainly will) test this myself, but I'm 350 miles from that camera at the moment and I'm not sure when I'll get back to that house.  So, I thought I'd ask in the meantime.

Thanks!

I don't know the positioning of the antennas nor the field generated by them but some folks have had success simply rotating the base. I assume it was just by trial and error.

Other possibilities include moving the base using a long Ethernet cable or a WiFi extender.
