Base station offline

I have reset my internet router. unplug and taking power away from the base station. I have done a factory reset it. What can I do now to get it back online

On the base station, what LEDs are green or amber and on?

All three are green

All 3 green means it's working.  Try both the app and a browser, perhaps multiple browsers.

BTW, a reset of the base requires that you remove all devices from Settings, My devices and start fresh, using the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras.  Is that what you did?
