Apparently Arlo has an issue with a piece that plugs in the LAN port to allow receiving the cord.  Mine fell out and I have wasted an hour on this computer trying to get a hold of customer service, which seems impossible.  I got one message that says I don't "qualify" for talking to an agent because I don't have a monthly plan, even though I spend 1000 bucks buying their system.  I just need the part that plugs into the base station LAN port.  Anyone know how I can get a hold of customer service for this? Apparently there is no customer service.

Arlo doesn't offer repair services, and they don't sell parts. If you have the skills needed to replace the socket, I suspect you could fairly easily find your own replacement.

You could also try a local electronics/PC repair shop.  Check the price of a new hub, as that could be more than the repair cost.

Support would replace the base only if it is still covered by the warranty.  The warranty period is generally 1 year from date of purchase.  However, if you have Arlo Secure Plus (or it's older equivalent) and live in Europe, you might have a 2 year warranty.
