Hi,
I am not able to select or view videos older than 5 days in the arlo app. Could you please let me know what could be the reason and how to fix it. I urgently need a video from 4th July.

Hi Chandipuri,

 

If you don't have an Arlo Smart subscription, you can only view up to 7 days of cloud recordings storage.

If I take a subscription now then how far back can I get the videos.

Also where can I find the subscription plans?

You won't be able to retrieve any videos from the past if you do subscribe to the Arlo Smart subscription. But you can view about our subscription plans here: Arlo Smart

FYI;

In the past if you sign up for a higher plan, you can get the older video is they are less than 60 days ( Elite subscription ).

You can sign up for a month to test if it stills works, It has in the past but unknown if things have changed since last time it worked
