Camera image frozen from yesterday

I have been trying to view my cameras all day from my work computer and my Android phone. The camera images are "stuck" on yesterday. I tried going in to settings online to restart the base station, but it says "your camera is busy and cannot restart." How can I fix this?

Did you try the app using cell service rather than WiFi?

 

You may need to manually power cycle the base when you get a chance.

Are you not able to live stream the cameras? Live streaming should update the image. If not, I agree with jguerdat above, consider rebooting your base station (using the on-off button) along with power cycling the affected cameras by opening and closing the battery compartment door. Are you still seeing this behavior?

I was not able to live stream via wi fi or Android app. I went home and rebooted the base station. That seemed to fix the problem. Thank you!
