after release 22.09.22. My base vmb4000 don’t want work , I cannot see and connect the base and all my camera so

all the 3 light are green

did somebody have the answear

All 3 LEDs being green implies the base is working. Have you rebooted your base? Have you tried both the app and web client to see if there's a difference?

Yes i did

try with my pc windows and with my iphone and dont work again

i reboot again and nothing

can you help me?

You might need to reset the base and onboard everything again.

Ok

but if i reset , i will lost all my configuration 

i have 22 basic camero connected with 10 scenario !!!

a lot of work

i cannot save somewhere my acutal configuration??

Ne fait aucun reset j’ai essayer et sa fonctionne pas plus j’ai exactement le même problème que vous

Je pense que la derniere release du 22/9 a un bug

J’ai passer ja journée avec un technicien arlo et il m’a fait refaire les mêmes étapes toutes la journée pour un résultat négatif j’ai hâte de ravoir accès à mon ensemble qui m’a coûté très cher

issue was solved!
After many many attempts trying to resolve the problem of syncing, I got a Hub replacement today and installed it. Everything worked great, straight forward like the first time. Somehow was difficult for us to find the issue because the Hub seemed to operate normally (led light flashing accordingly to setup, restarting, reseting etc) but no communication between cameras and the base.

Thanks to Fardeen from customer service, which has been very patient with my case, we lost a few days trying to solve this. Thank you again, if anyone can show this to I would appreciate.

Hello

i reset the base yesterday and all work today

but i was obliged to reconfigurate each cameras (20)🤪🤪 and all scenarios

not thank you to arlo, i lost a day !!!
