We just purchased a used camera from my camera on Friday. We set it up the other day, and noticed it’s detecting motion but not recording. If we try to go to a recording, it’ll only show you a snapshot picture for 10 seconds. Trying to figure out how to fix it. Please help

I had only tested it from an iPhone Xs, but the problem seems to be resolved by updating to iOS 12.1. Thank you.

Iphone IOS 12? If so, it is a known problem and they are working on it so they say.

What device do you have where you are unable to view the recording? Are you having this issue when trying to view through the web client through the computer?
