Two of my four cameras have not recorded any video for 3 days.
It will not connect live, just tries with no error in app and on computer browser it gives me an error "unable to connect to media server"
It still notifies me and it is notifying me every one to two minutes. When there is no motion happening.

I have fully charged both

I have rebooted the base station

I have reset the base station

I am using chrome Version 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit) on my iMac 10.14.3
I am using Safari on my phone iOS 12.1.4

Remove and refit the batteries in those 2 cameras which will reset them and force them to again resync to the base.

If the ISP is AT&T, they had a problem for a couple of days that seems to now be resolved.

 

How did you reset the base? If a true reset with the reset button until the LEDs flashed amber, you also need to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh.

I did not remove devices 
I will try that
