Arlo Base Station Says Offline But It Isn't

I tried to look at my Arlo from the app but the feeds all say that the base station is offline. I checked, it isn't. How do i fix this?

What are the 3 LED status lights displaying on the front of your Base station? Have you checked this on the web portal or app?
