Arlo App not recognizing my email but able to log in on Desktop

I have uninstalled and re installed app, same issue

Are you still experiencing this issue? Which version of the Arlo app are you using?

Are you typing in the info or is it automatically populated/copy and paste? If the latter, try typing it - maybe there's a leading or trailing space causing the issue.

Can you check if you have a space hiding before or after the email once inputed?

HI, can you try and login again, This issue should be resolved. If you still experience the login issue, please remove and reinstall the Arlo app.
